About Me
Helping others is a lifelong passion for me.
It’s easy to see how this has manifested in my own life in the various roles I have.
I wear a lot of hats.
Wife, mother, daughter, sister, carer, coach, student and dog mom to name a few.
After over a decade working professionally in the NHS, I took the plunge to change things up and left the career I spent my whole life studying and perfecting.
So, I had to work out WHAT I really wanted, and HOW to get it.
This was a steep learning curve, but I value all the challenges I have faced, for the lessons they have taught me. I have since worked in the charity sector, including advice, mental health and bereavement.
The universal truth that I have learnt, is that life is precious, it’s sometimes heartbreaking, but it’s also what you make it.
I believe everyone can create the life they want, but sometimes we all need a little help.
In this age of self-help, it is clear that information alone is not enough to create change. So, if you’re looking for the missing ingredient, get in touch to see if coaching could help.
